These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WeUnblockmobile application and this website (together, the “Service”), provided by WeUnblock. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use WeUnblock. By installing or using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you accept these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks that host it.
• Access the Service by automated means in a way that places undue load on our systems.

4. Your content

You own the reflections, notes, and other content you create in WeUnblock(“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms. Refunds are handled by the platform that processed the purchase.

6. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app, or via /delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or to us.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. WeUnblock is not a substitute for professional mental-health, medical, legal, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeUnblock will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you in-app.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at WeUnblock's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless mandatory local consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
